than 3 inches with ice accumulations up to one quarter of an inch.
Along and south of I-40 total snow and sleet accumulations greater
than 2 inches and/or ice accumulations over a quarter of an inch.
Winds could gust as high as 30 mph over mainly over northeast
Arkansas and the Missouri Bootheel leading to blowing snow at
times.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
Missouri, and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Expect power outages that last more than a day and
extensive tree damage due to the ice. Travel could be impossible.
